Dear Customers:
Due to a significant increase in demand for home products, we are currently experiencing long hold times and slower email and chat response rates. It may take up to 72 business hours to respond to post order emails. We understand your frustration, and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. We are diligently working and hiring additional staff to improve our hold and response times.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support the Home Click Group family of websites through the COVID-19 crisis. We recognize and are grateful for our dedicated employees, loyal customers, and reliable partners. We are confident we will get through this together.
The purpose of this communication is to highlight the steps we have taken to protect our team, meet our customers’ needs, and support the greater community during this uncertain time.
- Remote Work: Currently, our entire company is working remotely due to guidance from our state and federal agencies to slow down the transmission of COVID-19. We are fortunate we have this luxury and that it does not impact our day-to-day operations. We have invested over the years in our infrastructure to allow us to operate in this environment seamlessly.
- Shipping & Safety: Our manufacturing partners are open and shipping product, while diligently following the best practices from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and WHO (World Health Organization).
- Customer Care Team: Our customer service and sales departments are open and available to answer any questions about your experience, work with you on the best delivery option, and find you the best-priced fixture for your needs. Due to an increase in demand we have delayed response times and we deeply apologize for this. We are diligently working to get our hold times down, and our response times up.
- Hiring Additional Staff: We have hired and trained additional customer care members to assist in our increase of product demand and order inquiries.
Although times are difficult and we all have experienced significant disruption to our healthy lives, we find comfort in the fact that we have a great team, amazing customers, and reliable partners to support us as we overcome this together.
